We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return, please contact us at arealperson@foamisfun.com. Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery—no reason required. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
